He has Proven expertise in multi-year operational planning, performance management, resource mobilization expertise, cross-functional coordination, and donor reporting for National and International NGOs (ChildFund, Food for the Hungry, FHI360, American Center for International Labour Solidarity (ACILS), Save the Children International, G.R.A.C.E. USA, The University of Nairobi, Illinois and Manitoba (UNIM) Research Project on VMMC), etc.
James is adept at aligning diverse teams with organizational strategy, optimizing resource-constrained environments, and leading resource development teams across diverse settings. He is passionate about empowering marginalized communities and passionate about growing organizational revenue, quality programme execution & management, effectiveness and influence.
