Her Excellency Emily Bousi Nyaribo is the First Lady of Nyamira County and the Chair of the Lake Region Economic Bloc First Spouses Association (L-Fispa)
She is an agricultural research scientist at Kenya Agricultural Livestock and Research Organization (KALRO) focusing on entomology and sustainable agriculture. She champions the well-being of children in her county through her Happy Feet program that provides shoes for ECDE learners.
She supports nurturing care initiatives for early childhood development, adolescent well-being and women empowerment programs, Nutrition and warmth for the elderly.
From 2009-2012, she served on the Board of Directors National Sports Council and as Deputy General Team Manager for Team Kenya to the 10th All Africa Games in Maputo, Mozambique
